Bridget Michele Barnett

Bridget arrived on July 16th, 2009 at Mountain View Hospital in Payson (long story) via scheduled C-Section. She weighed 6lbs, 12oz and was 21 inches! Everything went perfectly and we are still here recovering. Sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. I have been so busy with work and Isaac that I finally realized it just wasn't going to happen until the baby was here. I am going to be taking some time off now and using the time to do some bloggy catching up- I also haven't had time to read everyone Else's! Finally snuggling with me! She had some oxygen saturation and temp problems at first so we had to wait while she recovered in the nursery for a while.

I love this picture! We actually have one of Bryce with Isaac that looks just like it! She and Isaac look almost identical. What is funny about this pic is that she is actually yawning, not screaming, but she sure looks tortured. Don't be fooled, she is already a total daddy's girl!

My wonderful mom and her grandkids. Isaac is actually doing great and loving his baby sister. My mom has been helping us so much. Hospitals are not super fun for two-year-olds and she has been so great to spend so much time with Isaac the past couple of days so that he could still have a great time.

Well, that's all for now. We are so blessed to have her in our family. With each pregnancy I have wondered how I could love another as much as the one before. It is amazing to learn through our children our capacity to love. I can't imagine life without any of my children- especially Maeve. Although we live each day without her physical presence, she is still an essential member of our family.
